capsules missing or broken... but replaced.
Tablets arrived in a good state, unfortunately an other product (an expensive one) arrived with some capsules missing or broken. I got in touch with Cytoplan and I am waiting for an answer or a gesture of godwill considering the disruption my patient had during the therapeutic protocol. I hope I will not being ignored.
Cytoplan got back to me and explained everything, they have been really kind and replaced my product so that I can now replace it to my patient. Thank you so much!

I have referred 3 friends to cytoplan via the online system: refer-a-friend and recieve a reward. They discreetly accept your refer-a-friends email, and when the friend purchases items from cytoplan, cytoplan does not honour the rewards-this is appalling, unfair and disingenous-I will not email a refer-a-friend to this company again-please be cautious everyone out there if you are considering referring a Friend using the cytoplan online sytem-its a gimmick!!

I've been a regular customer for a few years now. Their products are excellent and the customer service in my experience has been very good. Despatch and delivery are always without delay and my orders arrived in good time. Look out for their 'Buy 2 - Get one free' offers that appear periodically.
Exclellent company
I rarely write reviews but I have to give this company 5 stars. I have an autoimmune disease so finding supplements that do not contain the ingredients that might put me into hospital is a nightmare. I can honestly say their products are amazing. I have developed bleeding gums due to vitamin C deficiency months ago and used their “Cherry C”, the dose is just right, unlike in many other supplements which tend to contain high doses. My gums went back to normal within a month. I also use their “Wholefood iron” I love it. Again, finding iron that doesn’t upset the digestive system seemed impossible until I found this company. Thanks a lot!

Cytoplan are one of the rare companies left that go the extra mile to help you, answer emails promptly, and dispatch your order without any delay. I ordered yesterday and received my order today. Excellent products too - so much worth paying a little extra for. I would highly recommend this company and its helpful staff

Great Company
I’ve been ordering from Cytoplan for 5 years now. The products I have tried are of very high quality and I wouldn’t buy my vitamins from anywhere else because of this. The delivery is also very fast! I’ll normally receive them a day or two after ordering them so they are super reliable.

Unreliable service, unprofessional team
While the products this company sells are generally good, if something goes wrong with your order, you cannot rely on their customer service. It's very difficult to get in touch with them, they tend to ignore messages, and when they make a mistake, they handle the situation very unprofessionally, always refuse to apologise or try to make things right.

i am a regular purchaser of Cytoplan products. I am shocked at some of the reviews which have been answered very helpfully by the Cytoplan staff. I am in no way connected with Cytoplan except as a customr and would thoroughly recommend them they are honest, reliable and their products of high quality. The free advice is given readily I cannot fault them.
Absolutely Brilliant
Have been using this company for years and they are truly brilliant. Their vitamins are of a very high quality (their iron tablets are the only ones my body will actually absorb the iron from and it changed my life).
Their customer service is excellent. The one time I did have a problem with a vitamin that did not agree with me they refunded me and took it very seriously by calling me. Their products always arrive in good time (unless something completely out of their control) and they are a pleasure to deal with. I very highly recommend this company and if you have a problem with any of their ingredients, just ask them direct, their chemists will reply, no need to post a bad review on here.

Great products
I have been using cytoplan for over year now and their products are excellent, I have even ordered products for my parents and parents-in-law to help strengthen their immunity in the current times. After getting COVID I used their Immunovite supplement for adults and kids to give us a boost and it really helped us all. Their was some delay with deliveries during lockdown but that was to be expected, there were delays with everything. Excellent products and I have had no issues with the company at all.

Out of date? Rly?
Hi. Recently received Cytoplan supplement. Order was made on 5th of August,i ordered Wholefood calcium,L-argenine and D3 and u know what? All of them r out of date... D3 - by 22jun,calcium 25jun and argenine 21jul. This is a joke? Is this even safe?
UPD. My apologies for misunderstanding,just few pills were in cracks,so thought that they r old and out of date sticker confused me. Will check the product itself and leave proper feedback. Thanks for answer.
It’s been already 8 days
It’s been already 8 days, and still didn’t receive my order. To be honest I never had to wait that much for a order which I needed.The customer service it’s just useless, saying there’s nothing they can do, as the order it’s in Royal Mail hands, so I guess I have to wait again 2 weeks to receive it or not ! Just avoid ordering from here .
